Daily Routines

With the Sun in Libra, the focus will be on work, health or daily routines. The month begins with a surge to lay a foundation or get plans in motion. Mars brings a touch of testiness (or hot erotic action!) as he rolls into Scorpio and your house of partnership. Expect a suitor, a rival or an opponent to spice up your life. Overseas or academic contacts bring gifts on Oct 5th. You'll have visitors or social occasions and will build on new activity or associations on Oct 7th. Make sure your expectations aren't exaggerated. Don't overreact or be overly hopeful about outcomes or involvements, but pick your way through what's possible and what's not. Oct 9th will bring interesting or unusual links or practices to your attention. Oct 12th may bring a sudden change or development with a friend. A new interest or group activity will open doors. Will it go as quickly as it came?

Oct 14th may test you or wear you as the Full Moon comes in Aries. Prepare for an emotional eruption from an unexpected quarter. Communication problems or difficulties with arrangements will begin to clear as Mercury moves forward on Oct 15th. Oct 18th brings Venus into Sagittarius and love or money matters into the frame. Make a bold or dramatic strike on Oct 21st.

Oct 23rd brings the Sun to Scorpio and the focus onto partners or close associations. Avoid rash decisions or exaggerated communications on Oct 26th. Oct 28th brings a New Moon in Scorpio and a new start with people close. It's time to strike a balance between your lifestyle and the possibilities with friends and like-minded people. Someone close will add weight to your efforts or put in a valuable oar. Halloweenwill open doors into the mysterious world if you'll allow it. Be sensitive to the world of spirit. Join in with others to celebrate an ancient tradition.

Reverses

Mercury is travelling backwards, confusing some things but clarifying others, especially where work or health matters are concerned. You may be moved by an old inspiration. Avoid strong decisions on Oct 7th. Don't overreact! Confusion will begin to clear from Oct 15th as the busy messenger moves forward. There's a bit of bounce in the doings on Oct 26th but you don't have to take it all that seriously. Someone may have a lot to say for themselves.

Close Ties

Benefit, gifts and social or romantic activity emerge as Venus and Jupiter harmonize on Oct 5th. Oct 7th will bring a sound basis or strong foundation in new alliances or partnership matters. Implement new ideas or techniques in your business or personal dealings. Oct 18th will bring the goddess into fiery Sagittarius, focusing on finances and also on the more passionate possibilities of your love life. Let it get steamy in romance but keep things above board. Avoid secret deals or hidden activity. Oct 30th favours new contacts or meetings.

Strong Urges

Mars rolls into Scorpio on Oct 4th, bringing some vigour and a little feistiness to your house of partnership. Things may fire up with your loved one.
